MEDIA AS MEANING

This body of work is a demonstration of strategic multimedia system design. It begins with an objective. Strategy determines how that objective must be communicated—what the message must accomplish, whom it must reach, and how it must travel. The media forms—film, journalism, social media, print, and visual design—are not assembled simply because several skills are available; strategy determines which forms are needed, what role each performs, and how they work together.

Each is complete in its own right, yet none is isolated. Together, they carry different parts of the communication across forms, platforms, and points of contact, allowing the system to operate as one coherent whole. The subject and industry may change, but the underlying architecture remains the same: an objective translated into communication designed to reach its audience and move that audience toward a meaningful response.
